COACH K serves as Founding Member at Alliance for Minority Promotional Products Distribtors which is located in Montecito, California. Founded in 2008, to spearhead diversity balance in the multi-million dollar industry, where African Americans are disportionally under represented.

Additionally, Kevin serves as Business Banking Specialist at a major banking institution concurrently serving as Officer on the board of The Black Business Association since 1990.

Since 1970, the Black Business Association (BBA), a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization, headquartered in Los Angeles, has contributed to and supported the development, progress and expansion of more than 10,000 African American business enterprises.
